Slimming World Syn Free Butternut Squash Soup

For something a little bit soupy, this Slimming World Syn Free Butternut Squash Soup is just the ticket. This soup is perfect in all ways, the right amount, great flavour and most importantly, the right consistancy.

 

I have made soups in the past and they have never turned out the same, except for this one, so I thought I would show you how to make my Slimming World Syn Free Butternut Squash Soup.

Instructions
  1. Peel and dice the butternut squash, potatoes and onions.
  2. Once diced, add to a soup maker - If you don't have a soup make use a large saucepan.
  3. Add the stock cube and herbs.
  4. Add the water.
  5. Turn on the slow cooker and leave on a smooth setting. Once ready the soup maker will make your soup all smooth and delicious.
  6. If you are cooking in a saucepan, boil the vegetables until very soft and then blitz with a hand blender.
  7. Serve with a pinch on salt and pepper and top with the parsley.
