I make a vegetarian gluten free pie with layers of different vegetables and a layer of gluten free stuffing. It’s the one time of year I go to town with my preparation for dinner.

  2. I wrap pinapple chunks in bacon then drizzle syrup over them for sweet breakfast bites on Christmas morning. Perfect with coffee or that Xmas glass of stout we all have at 8am…no? Just me? Fair enough.

Stuffing wrapped in bacon (our take on pigs in blankets) and goose fat roast potatoes are are must have dishes

  4. Priscilla Stubbs

Our must have dish is the salmon starter that my husband makes, it is a smoked salmon terrine

  5. Don’t really have a “must” dish but the “must” accompaniment is my Mums bread sauce
