You MUST be 18 or over to enter the competition. The prize must be claimed within 7 days of the winner being notified.

This is a joint competition with Matt’s Cafe and Dairy Diary. Matt’s Cafe will be sending the prize directly to the lucky winner.

Once the prize has been dispatched the item is out of our hands and we’re unable to send replacement prizes.

All actions through Gleam must be completed, these will be verified and if the winner chosen is found not doing this, a new winner will be drawn. UK ONLY.

    To work hard in keeping fit and healthy enough to wake up every day and enjoy whatever each day brings.

    I want to get rid of anything that I no longer need, want or use. Hopefully give them to a more needy home.

    I dont really make resolutions theses days but I have some projects that I intend to finish over the winter

  5. I don’t generally make resolutions but if I actually said it out loud it would be to resume my daily walk and stick at it. Walking is so good for you and I should make the time.

    I’ve not been snacking for the past month but I know that will get ruined over Christmas! So back on the no snacking in January.

  7. I set myself goals instead of making resoltions. Next year I’m hoping to run a marathon x

  8. I don’t usually make them as such but I am hoping to complete the decorating that needs finishing off
