Now, who said you can't eat cake and lose weigh? Well, they are wrong, this Slimming World White Chocolate Blondies recipe is fantastic for the whole family, tasty and most importantly, this is healthier than most cakes.

  • 100 g Self Raising flour 16 Syns
  • 50 g Light Sunflower Spread 7 Syns
  • 4 Medium Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 Syns
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 tsp Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup 2 Syns
  • 50 grams White Chocolate Chips 14 Syns
  • 4 tbsp Granulated Sweetener
  • 4 tbsp Granulated Sweetener


  • Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  • Use an 8" square baking tin and spray the tin with FryLight, make sure you line the bottom of the tin with baking parchment. baking tin with Frylight and line the bottom with greaseproof paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, put all the ingredients, except for the white chocolate chips and mix thoroughly together.
  • Once the mixture ready, add half of the white chocolate chips into the blondie mixture, give it a stir.
  • Now pour the mixture into the baking tin.
  • Sprinkle the rest of the white chocolate chips over the mixture.
  • Cook for 16 - 20 minutes, until blow dies are cooked. Leave in the tin to cool.
  • Once the blondies have cooled, remove from the tin, remove the baking parchment and cut into 16 squares.
  • OPTIONAL EXTRA If you want to pimp these blondies up, drizzle white chocolate over the top, leave to set and then enjoy.
