Separate the Oreos and put the filling into a bowl that the Quark mixture will go in.
In the separate bowl, add the Quark, Hot Chocolate and Sweetener to the Oreo filling and mix together until smooth.
Put the Oreo biscuits into a sandwich bag and smash together with a rolling pin until they are crumbs.
Pour the biscuit crumbs into a bowl, spray with a little FryLight and mix together.
In a small spring form pan (4" size), press the crumb mixture into the bottom to form the base of the cheesecake.
Add the Quark mixture on top of the biscuit base and leave it in the fridge for 2 hours until the mixture has firmed up.
After 2 hours, carefully remove from the pan and place on a plate, serve with fresh fruit.
