Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or Gas Mark 4. Spray a 12-hole muffin tin with low-calorie cooking spray or use muffin cases.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, crush the Weetabix biscuits and mix with the self-raising flour and baking powder.
Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the yogurt, sweetener, vanilla extract, and milk. Whisk until well combined.
