Ingredients

  • 192 g Self Raising Flour
  • 75 ml Vegetable Oil
  • 3 tbsp Sweetener
  • 3 Banana's Mashed
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
  • Add the flour, sweetener and baking powder today and mix togather.
  • Peel the 3 bananas and put them in a separate bowl. Mash the bananas so there are no big lumps.
  • Now add the egg, vanilla and oil to the bananas.
  • Add the banana mixture into the flour and mix together until fully combined.
  • Put 6 muffin cases into the muffin tray. Spoon the mixture into the muffin cases.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top of the muffins starts going golden brown.
  • Leave to cool and enjoy.
