Ingredients
400gChickpeas
1tsp Vegetable Oil
2tspSmoked Paprika
2tspGround Cumin
½tspCayenne Pepper
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/390°F/gas 4
Open the can of chickpeas and drain them in a colendar
In a bowl, add all of your spices together and mix them until they are fully combined
In a bowl, add the drained chickpeas and oil, mix them around so all of the chickpeas are coated in the oil. Now add the spices and mix again until all the chickpeas are covered in the spices
Spread the chickpeas out onto a non-stick baking tray and cook for 35 minutes
Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Enjoy the chickpeas as a snack on their own or in a salad.
