Ingredients
750gPotatoes Peeled and chopped into thin chips fries
4SlicesBacon Medalions All fat removed
60gLow Fat CheeseGrated
1Spring Onion / Scallion Thinly sliced

Instructions
Peel the potatoes and chop them into thin chips, approximately 1/2 inch in thickness. Once they are chopped place them in a bowl of cold water.
Drain your chips/fries and place them into the 2 air fryer draws.
Spray with a little low calorie cooking spray and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Put them on air fry at 180°C / 350°F for 28 mins. Give them a shake at 14 minutes so that they all brown up.
While the chips are cooking in the air fryer. Remove all visible fat from the bacon. Dice the bacon into small pieces and cook in a dry frying pan until they are fully cooked and crispy.
Grate the cheese and place it into a bowl for later.
Once the chips are cooked, sprinkle over the bacon and then the cheese and cook for 2 more minutes on air fry at 180°C / 350°F
Now the cheese should be all melted, carefully remove the air fryer loaded fries from the air fryer, sprinkle with the spring onions and enjoy.
