Add the Vanilla, Milk and Egg into the dry ingredients and mix well until you have a batter with no lumps.
Spoon the batter into the cake pop machine and cook for 6 - 8 minutes, until the cake pops are golden brown.
Once the cake pops are cooked, take them out and place them on a wire rack to cool.
Once the cake pops are cool, it is time to make the topping.
Put the chocolate into a heatproof dish and place on top of a pan of water. If you don't want to use a pan of hot water, melt the chocolate in a microwave, for 30 second bursts, mixing the chocolate every 30 seconds.
Once the chocolate is melted properly, dunk the cake pops into the chocolate and then put onto a wire rack. Sprinkle over the spinkles of your choice.
Once all the cake pops are ready, place in the fridge for 30 - 60 minutes until the chocolate has hardened. Once they are hard, put a cake pop stick into the bottom of the cake pop.
Serve the cake pops in a milkshake glass and enjoy!!
