Ingredients

  • 600 g Cauliflower
  • 500 ml Water
  • 2 Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Vegetable Stock Cube
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Peel and slice the onions, peel and chop the potatoes into small chunks. Chopping the cauliflower into small pieces.
  • Add all of the ingredients into a large pan and cook until all the vegetables are soft.
  • Once all soft, take the soup off of the heat. Using a hand blender, blend the vegetables intoia smooth soup.
  • Serve with croutons or whatever you want with tour soup. Enjoy.
