Instructions
Peel and slice the onions, peel and chop the potatoes into small chunks. Chopping the cauliflower into small pieces.
Add all of the ingredients into a large pan and cook until all the vegetables are soft.
Once all soft, take the soup off of the heat. Using a hand blender, blend the vegetables intoia smooth soup.
Serve with croutons or whatever you want with tour soup. Enjoy.
