Low Calorie Cauliflower Soup Recipe

Healthy Low Calorie Cauliflower Soup Recipe
- Large Pan
- Hand Blender / Stick Blender
- Chopping Board
- 600 g Cauliflower
- 500 ml Water
- 2 Sweet Potatoes
- 2 Onions
- 1 Vegetable Stock Cube
- Salt and Pepper
- Peel and slice the onions, peel and chop the potatoes into small chunks. Chopping the cauliflower into small pieces.
- Add all of the ingredients into a large pan and cook until all the vegetables are soft.
- Once all soft, take the soup off of the heat. Using a hand blender, blend the vegetables intoia smooth soup.
- Serve with croutons or whatever you want with tour soup. Enjoy.
