We are all looking at ways in which we can eat healthier. It isn’t easy but there are small lifestyle changes you can make that have a huge impact on the way you live your life. Running a food blog it’s obvious that I’m going to talk about changing some habits when it comes to what you eat.

I’m not talking about going on a huge diet, changing all your meals so they’re syn free or going jogging every day after you take a bite to eat. Sometimes the smallest changes can ensure you live a healthier lifestyle.

You can get loads of different cooking sauces on the shelves, that doesn’t mean they’re healthy though. Since trying these, I’ve not looked back. My partner isn’t a fan of fish so we don’t use them as much although we both love the soya sauce.

There are so many reasons as to why these sauces are better than any typical ones you can buy from your local supermarket. These sauces are plant-based, gluten-free and soy-free and they’re all sustainably brewed in the UK which means they don’t have to travel miles and miles from different countries before you try them!

N!ck’s Bars!

Nicks Bars

I am in love! These N!cks bars have totally changed the way I snack and I can’t wait to tell you all about them! I normally snack on chocolate bars, bags of crisps or something else that really isn’t good for me, which are normally full of calories that I don’t need in my body.

I’ve now changed to N!icks bars. They are low in calories which is one of their best selling points and the main reason I’m now snacking on them. They taste amazing and there are so many flavours to pick from you’ll want to try them all. My favourite has to be their wafer bars, seriously try them!

Eating Better Snacks

One of the things I’ve learnt the most is to cut back on the snacks, consume fewer calories and still enjoy what you’re eating. There’s no point in changing to food that you don’t like because you won’t continue it. Try some healthier snacks that you enjoy. Agua de Madre

Ever thought about drinking a little better? Put down the fizzy drinks and try something a bit healthy! I was a little cautious when I got these drinks, I didn’t know what to think about them but I have to say, I love them!

Their flavours are amazing, passion fruit raspberry has to be my favourite and I encourage everyone to try if they can. In fact, buy a whole case of it and have one every day! Sacla Pasta, Pizza Base and Sauces

Making changes to lunches and dinners doesn’t have to be complicated and with Sacla, they have made it really easy to do. They have a fantastic range of pizza bases, pasta and sauces that are all suitable for vegans.

Sacla has created delicious plant-based beetroot pizza bases so you can make your own pizzas at home. Now I’m not really a fan of beetroot, these are delicious. The pasta is something else as well, they have a range of gluten-free pasta made from corn and brown rice.

On top of the pasta and pizza bases, Sacla has a range of sauces that are perfect for pasta bakes, lasagne and pestos which are amazing with a great depth of flavour. I actually use the pesto with the pasta and some veggies for lunches, they are delicious.
