Break the chocolate into small pieces and place into a silicone liner and pour over the condensed milk and instant coffee.
Put the air fryer on 150℃ / 300℉ for 10 minutes. Take the mixture out every 90 seconds and stir the mixture until the chocolate is all melted and combined with the condensed milk.
After the 10 minutes, transfer the mixture into a silicone mould and place in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours, ideally leave overnight.
