Who doesn’t love fudge? I can’t get enough fudge lately and I love making new recipes all the time. Which is why I decided to make an amazing Air Fryer Coffee Fudge Recipe and it was delicious. I took some into work, gave some to the doggy daycare that Max uses and had some myself and everyone was in agreement, it was lush!
If you haven’t made air fryer fudge before, let me open your eyes to it. It’s super easy to make and takes a fraction of the time than a slow cooker would. I still like to do my slow cooker fudge from time to time but if I’m pressed on time, I’ll use my trusty air fryer and it does the job easily. I made this coffee fudge in the air fryer and it turned out a treat.
Easy Coffee Fudge Recipe UK
If you’re looking for an easy coffee fudge recipe, this is the one for you. It can be made in any air fryer although I would always say to use a silicone lining to make sure it doesn’t stick to your insert and a liner makes it easier to get out. I also use a silicone baking square because once the fudge is set it’s easier to get out and cut. If you use baking parchment or any alternatives it tends to stick onto them and you’re stood there peeling it all off.
Air fryer fudge is a great way to make fudge without any of the hassle and waiting around to stir it. It’s an easy recipe to make with minimal steps and it takes little time. The most waiting you’ll end up doing is waiting for it to set. I also love this recipe because it’s a 3 ingredient coffee fudge and the coffee really shines through. You can use any offee that you want as well.
With this coffee fudge I decided to use the French Vanilla Littles instant coffee. It gave the fudge a rich coffee flavour. You don’t have to use flavoured coffee but if you do, give this one a try. It’s not overpowering either as long as you use the right amount which can be found in the recipe, that being said if you like your coffee fudge strong, use more.
Coffee Fudge Recipe With Condensed Milk
This air fryer coffee fudge recipe does use condensed milk, I always use condensed milk in all of my fudge recipes for both air fryer fudge and slow cooker fudge. It doesn’t matter what condensed milk you use either but that being said I know some people like to use really good ingredients and in that case, I would recommend paying up on your condensed milk and using a Cadbury chocolate for this fudge.
Other Fudge Recipes
If you’re looking for more delicious fudge recipes, you’re in luck. I have loads of fudge recipes that I can’t get enough of and I’m always making a least two different fudge recipes a month. Everyone loves them in work and I’m always being asked when I’m going to be making more and if they can give me requests to try out, it’s that good!

Ninja Foodi Air Fryer Chocolate Fudge Recipe
Want something super tasty but easy to make? Take a look at this Ninja Foodi chocolate fudge recipe! It’s easy to make and as it’s not got any flavourings in it most people are bound to love it. You can use whatever chocolate you want but if you’re looking for a smooth texture I’d say Galaxy and if you’re looking for a rich and creamy texture, Cadbury all the way!
When Is Fudge Ready?
I actually get this question a lot. It can be a pain to know when your fudge is set and ready to be cut up. I would suggest waiting a minimum of four hours before you even take a look at your fudge to see if it’s ready. You’ll find that most fudge will set in the fridge between 4-6 hours.
Always test your fudge before getting it out of the fridge. Poke it with a finger or the back of a spoon and if it sinks then your fudge needs more time to set. You want your fudge to be hard and not soft. This is one of the reasons I use a silicone baking square, once the fudge is done I can easily get it out and if the fudge still sticks to the square I give it a little longer.
With the air fryer fudge recipe you’ll be able to make it quicker which means the entire process is a lot faster although if you’re making slow cooker fudge the baking time is longer and you’ll need to wait even longer to enjoy it.
Coffee Fudge Recipe UK
I really hope you like this coffee fudge recipe. I’m going to test out a new one for Halloween with the Littles Pumpkin Spice instant coffee and maybe make it orange! IF you have any suggestions on what air fryer fudge I could make next, let me know! I’d also love to know what slow cooker fudge you like to make as I don’t get to use my slow cooker enough and fudge in the slow cooker is great to make if you have house work to be getting on with.
Did you do anything else with this 3 ingredient coffee fudge recipe, maybe you used a different coffee? Let me know, if you do make this fudge don’t forget to upload a picture to Instagram and tag me in it so that I can see.
