Equipment

  • Mason Jar or Tumbler
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Silicone Spatula

Ingredients

  • 40 g Porridge Oats  Healthy Extra B or 7 syns
  • 200 g Fat-Free Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey 2.5 Syns
  • 2 tsp Apple Pie Spice Mix Can use Cinnamon only
  • 1 Apple Cored and Grated

Instructions

  • Core the apple and grate it up.
  • Add all of the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and mix together until combined.
  • Put into a mason jar / tumbler and leave in the fridge overnight.
  • Enjoy for brekfast.
