So I like to call these the Matts Cafe overnight oats, too big-headed? Well, I have to say I had apples in the fridge that needed using up and the first thing that came to mind was overnight oats so I just had to try them.

You can get the best apple pie seasoning on Amazon if you’ve not got any at home. Make sure you get them before you go food shopping and then you’ll have everything you need.

You’re going to want to make sure you have some good mason jars to put your overnight oats in or you can use the same overnight oats glass jars that I use. They keep just fine overnight in the fridge and taste amazing before you have to go to work in the morning.

I’m not sure about everyone else but working from home can be a pain, I’ll just end up snacking all the time. I know I have my low syn snacks list but still! That’s why it’s so important to have these healthy overnight oats for breakfast so that you don’t want to snack before lunch!

How To Make Slimming World Apple Overnight Oats

So this overnight oats recipe isn’t as easy as some of my others ones like this chocolate overnight oats recipe. However, it is totally worth the effort and it tastes amazing at the same time. I prefer to grate the apple, as I think it mixes better in the overnight oats and nicer to eat.

It’s another one of them one pot overnight oats recipe, you can add it all together and you’re left with something beautiful and it doesn’t look half bad either!

How Many Syns In Slimming World Apple Pie Overnight Oats?

So you might be thinking that this apple overnight oats recipe has loads of syns in it but you’d be totally wrong. This apple cinnamon overnight oats recipe only actually has 2.5 syns in them! This means you don’t have to feel guilty after enjoying one in the morning.

Slimming World Apple Pie Overnight Oats Recipe

Apple Cinamon Overnight Oats for Brekfast
Prep Time 10 minutes
Course Breakfast

  • Mason Jar or Tumbler
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Silicone Spatula


  • 40 g Porridge Oats  Healthy Extra B or 7 syns
  • 200 g Fat-Free Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey 2.5 Syns
  • 2 tsp Apple Pie Spice Mix Can use Cinnamon only
  • 1 Apple Cored and Grated


  • Core the apple and grate it up.
  • Add all of the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and mix together until combined.
  • Put into a mason jar / tumbler and leave in the fridge overnight.
  • Enjoy for brekfast.
