Ingredients
300gPasta
350gChicken BreastsChopped into bite size pieces
500mlFanta Zero / Diet
4tbspPassatta
1MediumOnionChopped
100gRed PepperChopped
50gMushroomsSliced
50gPineappleChop into chunks
1Chicken Stock Cube
1 - 2 tspVinegarUse 1 tsp, add more to taste to get sour flavour
PinchChilli Flakes

Instructions
Fry the onions until they are soft and then added the chicken pieces and cook.
Add ALL the other ingredience, except pineapple.
Put a pan of boiling water on, put in enough pasta and cook the pasta until it is ready. After 10 minutes, remove the lid, stir the Coke Chicken and leave for a further 10 minutes until the sauce goes thick.
Reduce the sauce till it thickens, then add pineapple.
Strain the pasta and rinse with boiling water from the kettle to get rid of any excess starch. Put pasta into a bowl, make a little hole in the middle, serve the Fanta chicken and enjoy!!
