Ingredients

  • 300 g Pasta
  • 350 g Chicken Breasts Chopped into bite size pieces
  • 500 ml Fanta Zero / Diet
  • 4 tbsp Passatta
  • 1 Medium Onion Chopped
  • 100 g Red Pepper Chopped
  • 50 g Mushrooms Sliced
  • 50 g Pineapple Chop into chunks
  • 1 Chicken Stock Cube
  • 1 - 2 tsp Vinegar Use 1 tsp, add more to taste to get sour flavour
  • Pinch Chilli Flakes
  • Frylight

Instructions

  • Fry the onions until they are soft and then added the chicken pieces and cook.
  • Add ALL the other ingredience, except pineapple.
  • Put a pan of boiling water on, put in enough pasta and cook the pasta until it is ready. After 10 minutes, remove the lid, stir the Coke Chicken and leave for a further 10 minutes until the sauce goes thick.
  • Reduce the sauce till it thickens, then add pineapple.
  • Strain the pasta and rinse with boiling water from the kettle to get rid of any excess starch. Put pasta into a bowl, make a little hole in the middle, serve the Fanta chicken and enjoy!!

Notes

N.B With the Passata, you may want to tweak the amount you use, adding more etc. Also the same with the Fanta, try the recipe first and then in future make some little amendments to suit your tastes.
