Ingredients
500gLean PorkCut into Strips
50gMushroomsSliced
50gOnionsDiced
50gMixed PeppersCut into strips

25gCarrotsCut into thin inch long strips
25gBean Sprouts
250gEgg Noodles
Frylight
Thai 7 Spice Mix
PinchSalt & Pepper
Instructions
Make sure everything is cut ready for the sti fry, sprinkle some of the Thai 7 Spice over the pork and mix through.
N.B Be careful how much Thai 7 spice you use, as it can be overpowering if you have too much.
Add the pork and fry until cooked, you won’t need to add any FryLight as any fat in the meat will come out and that can be used to fry the pork.
Add the vegetables. Fry until cooked through.
While the pork and vegetables are cooking, boil a pan of water, add a pinch of salt and add the egg noodles.
Once the noodles are cooked, strain them and put the noodles in 4 bowls.
Top the noodles with the stir fry and enjoy.
