200gFat Free Natural Yogurt / Alpro Plain Yogurt
50gFresh OR Frozen Mixed Berries
Instructions
Weigh out all ingredients separately and have in a mason jar or similar (glass or plastic).
Now you need to layer the ingredients, start by taking 1/3 of the oats and putting into the bottom of the jar, then 1/3 of the yogurt and the berries, repeat until all the ingredients has been used.
Put the lid on the jar and store in the fridge until morning.
