Ingredients

  • 40 g Porridge oats
  • 200 g Fat Free Natural Yogurt / Alpro Plain Yogurt
  • 50 g Fresh OR Frozen Mixed Berries

Instructions

  • Weigh out all ingredients separately and have in a mason jar or similar (glass or plastic).
  • Now you need to layer the ingredients, start by taking 1/3 of the oats and putting into the bottom of the jar, then 1/3 of the yogurt and the berries, repeat until all the ingredients has been used.
  • Put the lid on the jar and store in the fridge until morning.
  • Enjoy your Overnight Oats at home, work, school or university.
