Mixing Bowl
Silicone Spatula
- 40 g Porridge Oats Healthy Extra B or 7 syns
- 30 g Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Muller Light Strawberry Yoghurt
Cut the strawberries into half or quarters.
Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix until everything is fully combined.
Spoon into a mason jar or tumbler and leave in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy in morning.
