  • Mason Jar or Tumbler
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Silicone Spatula

Ingredients

  • 40 g Porridge Oats   Healthy Extra B or 7 syns
  • 30 g Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Muller Light Strawberry Yoghurt

Instructions

  • Cut the strawberries into half or quarters.
  • Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix until everything is fully combined.
  • Spoon into a mason jar or tumbler and leave in the fridge overnight.
  • Enjoy in morning.
