Air fryer peanut butter cookies recipe

I love using my Ninja Foodi Dual Zone 7.6L Air Fryer AF3 seriously you can do anything in it and that’s the same for these air fryer peanut butter cookies. Well, they’re peanut butter cookies but these are air fryer chocolate peanut butter cookies and they taste so much nicer!

In this recipe, I’m using actual snickers peanut butter mixture which I feel makes it taste so much better. I’ve got several cookie recipes on Mattscafe, these tasty mint chocolate chip cookies for example but these air fryer peanut butter cookies take the top prize for now!

Peanut butter cookies are one of my favourite treats. They’re so much better than any shop-brought cookies and being honest I can’t say I’ve seen many peanut butter cookies in stores and supermarkets that you can actually buy.

Classic Air Fryer Peanut Butter Cookies

So I guess you could say this recipe is far from classic. One thing is for sure, I add chocolate into the mix to give it a much nicer taste, it just melts in your mouth and you can’t help but have a second. If you’re feeling very brave, add some chocolate chips.

If you want these air fryer peanut butter cookies to look like a classic peanut butter cookie, don’t forget to make the traditional lines on top with a fork. However, that being said I do like my peanut cookies both with and without the lines!
