How To Make Slimming World Overnight Oats?

There are a few things that you need to remember with overnight oats slimming world edition. I’ve seen loads of people pile huge amounts into a jar and ask if it’s syn free, that’s not the way it works.

In fact, I’ve not seen many syn free overnight oats recipes out there that actually taste amazing, and I’ve tried a few believe me. It’s important to make sure you know what you’re putting in your recipe or it might be a disaster.

To begin with, you need to make sure you have some nice jars, I use these Duralex Tumblers although I know a lot of people use these mason glass jars because you can seal them easily.

Make sure all your ingredients are well combined either. You don’t want raw oats scattered all over the place, that’s not going to taste very nice in the morning trust me!
