Slimming World Ham, Cheese and Pepper Pasty (Syn Free)

Slimming World Syn Free Ham cheese and pepper pasty

Everyone loves a snack or something yummy to eat. However, not all snacks are healthy, even more so on the slimming world diet! That’s one of the reasons why I thought of the slimming world pasties that you may have seen on the blog.

This one, however, is a firm favourite, my other half loves it and couldn’t believe it was a slimming world pasty! This one is so full of flavour it’s unreal, I will said that if you’re making this one maybe use a low fat cheese or it can melt and the oil does escape.

This slimming world pasty recipe is great if you’re looking to make some syn free slimming world lunches or fancy having a quick snack. You can enjoy it whenever you want and have a play around with flavours if you’re adventurous, the sky’s the limit!

Slimming World Cheese & Ham Pasties

If you love pasties like me you’ll love this cheese and ham slimming world pasty, I even added some peppers for extra crunch! This is one of the easiest slimming world pasty recipes I’ve made, I’ve made a few other slimming world pasties but they’re nowhere near as nice as these ones!

If you use gluten-free wraps to make the pasty you can have some amazing gluten free slimming world pasties, who doesn’t love a gluten-free pasty without the guilt and upset stomach afterwards! I love making gluten free slimming world recipes and vegan slimming world recipes so don’t forget to check my other slimming world dinner recipes!

As I said before you can use peppers in your slimming world cheese and ham pasty if you want, I go with red or yellow pasties but you can use green if you want.

How Many Syns In A Slimming World Cheese & Ham Pasty?

These Slimming World Ham, Cheese and Pepper Pasties are syn free so they’re great for everyone. Packed full of flavour and not an ounce of pastry in sight! That is if you use the cheese and wrap as your healthy extras.

If you don’t use the wrap and cheese as your healthy extra, then the syn value is 3 per pasty. If you wanted to make smaller ones, then all you need to do is cut the wrap in half and make quarters in exactly the same method. Let me know your thoughts on these syn free pasties though!

This way you can have nice little slimming world snacks without any guilt! If you’re looking for some extra slimming world snacks, syn free snacks or low syn snacks take a look at this low syn slimming world snacks post.

  1. I love the chicken and sweetcorn wraps, just seen the ham and pepper ones will have to try them

  2. Tried this today and it was lovely. Has the taste of a pasty, doesn’t feel like a WW/SW meal but I love it.

  3. Are your oven temps for a fan oven or a standard please? My fan oven is currently broken and I’m stuck using my top oven ? so not sure what temp to set at?

    1. It is for a standard oven. In all fairness, cook until the pasty is golden in colour, as shown in the pictures on the post.

  4. Hey Matt
I came to your site to look for some recipes that are suitable for someone on Weight Watchers for a challenge I’m doing.
Glad to have found this one which sounds and looks great. Will check out some more now too. Fab, thanks.
