Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

I will say, it’s important as to what ingredients you use. I know a lot of people are on a budget so you don’t have to spend a fortune on them. We got a new cookie chocolate spread from Aldi for £2 and it tasted amazing!

I find that if you want decent peanut butter cookies, you don’t want cheap ingredients otherwise it can taste a little bitter and the cookies just fall flat. Plus you want comfort food that tastes amazing right?

Peanut butter cookies can be a bit boring, so why not add chocolate? You can also buy white chocolate spread as well so maybe change it up a little if you love white chocolate.

ChocolatePeanut Butter Cookies Recipe Tips

When it comes to these marble peanut butter cookies you want to make sure the mixture is well combined before you add the chocolate element, otherwise, it just turned into chocolate cookies and that’s not what we want.

You want to marble the chocolate through the mixture but don’t overdo it. It’s also important not to overdo the process of rolling the balls otherwise it all mixes together before it even bakes!

If you have any peanut butter cookies tips, let me know in the comments. I like to use an ice cream scoop to get the same amount of mixture each time so the cookies are all the same size, although not everyone likes that.
