Air Fryer Fudge
I think that air fryer fudge is still something that people need to catch up with. Most people still make theirs in the slow cooker, which still gives amazing results but it’s a lot more time consuming and these days we want to save time and energy consumption. It doesn’t matter how you like to make your fudge though as long as it tastes great and this classic chocolate fudge recipes tastes out of this world!
You can make this air fryer chocolate fudge in any air fryer, I would suggest making sure you have a silicone insert to whatever air fryer you have, it makes the whole process easier and less time consuming.
Fudge In Nnja Foodi
If you have a Ninja Foodi like me then you’re going to love this air fryer chocolate fudge. I would stress that you need a silicone insert to make this recipe, it’s easier to use, transfer into a silicone tray and it’ll cut down on the dishes. I’ve made quite a few Ninja Foodi fudge recipes and they always work out great. The main thing is the fact that it hardly takes any time at all.
My tip would be to use everything silicone, silicone Ninja Foodi inserts, a silicone Spatula and a silicone tray to set it in. Silicone is so much easier and the fudge won’t stick to it unlike metal or baking paper/parchment. This Ninja Foodi chocolate fudge recipe also goes down a storm with friends and at work, I took a big tub of it in and it was all eaten up by lunch!

Will Fudge Set In The Freezer?
Although Fudge does set in the freezer I wouldn’t recommend it. It can get very brittle if left in the freezer, if you’re just putting it in there for a short burst that’s fine but I wouldn’t put it in the freezer while it’s still hot. The best way to set fudge is to keep it in the fridge for at least 4 hours and until it’s nice and firm otherwise it will melt and fall apart when you try and cut it.
Ninja Foodi Chocolate Fudge Recipe
If you make this amazing air fryer chocolate fudge recipe I would love to know how you got on with it. It’s a classic chocolate fudge, no fun flavours and it’s a total crowd pleaser. Don’t forget to tag me on Instagram if you upload any pictures! The recipe card makes a ton of fudge, if you feel like you want to feed more people, cut it into small slicers and not chunks.
If you have any issues with your mixture being too soft, sieve some icing sugar into the mix and give it a good stir which will firm your fudge up and ensure it doesn’t melt in everyones hands!
