Christmas in my opinion is spending time with loved ones, trading funny stories and jokes and of course eating way too much! That being said, Christmas should be a painful time and in a lot of cases we end up putting on loads of weight without noticing until it’s far too late! This is why I like to make it a slimming world Christmas for me and my family.

This Christmas gingerbread cake recipe is just the thing to get everyone in the festive spirit and enjoying their Christmas!

I really hope you like this slimming world Christmas recipe, it’s one of my favourites and I can’t get enough of it! I took it into work in September and it didn’t even last a day and there’s only 12 people on my team so that really says everything doesn’t it!
