Doner Kebab Fakeaway
Doner kebabs are nothing new, they have been around since the Ottoman Empire, the origins of the doner kebab come from Turkey. Since the origins of the kebab, the way that it is normally cooked is on a vertical rotisserie, this is still the same method that is used in every kebab place. The mixture in the kebab has changed and does change from recipe to recipe, so you will find that there are some takeaways that are better than others, the fakeaway version can also tweaked to include different meats, spices and herbs.
