Slimming World White Chocolate Blondies

I like a nice cake just as much as the next person, but you will agree that cake isn’t the best when you are trying to eat healthy. Well I have a great recipe for Slimming World White Chocolate Blondies which I have been playing around with and I think it is great, I think you will too!! Especially as they are only 2.5 syns each.

Now I have wanted to have a nice cake to sit down with a cup of tea after work or after a lovely dinner. I will guarantee people who do not follow the Slimming World healthy eating plan will not be able to tell that these Slimming World White Chocolate Blondies are actually healthy!! I would challenge you to that, give it a try, family, friends and even children will be coming back for more and more.

I would suggest that you use a square baking tin, this way you will get the Slimming World White Chocolate Blondies into squares neatly.

Now, who said you can’t eat cake and lose weigh? Well, they are wrong, this Slimming World White Chocolate Blondies recipe is fantastic for the whole family, tasty and most importantly, this is healthier than most cakes.

Ingredients

  • Self Raising flour 16 Syns

  • Light Sunflower Spread 7 Syns

  • Eggs

  • Baking Powder 0.5 Syns

  • Vanilla Extract

  • Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup 2 Syns

  • White Chocolate Chips 14 Syns

  • Granulated Sweetener

  • Granulated Sweetener

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  • Use an 8″ square baking tin and spray the tin with FryLight, make sure you line the bottom of the tin with baking parchment. rnrn baking tin with Frylight and line the bottom with greaseproof paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, put all the ingredients, except for the white chocolate chips and mix thoroughly together.
  • Once the mixture ready, add half of the white chocolate chips into the blondie mixture, give it a stir.
  • Now pour the mixture into the baking tin.
  • Sprinkle the rest of the white chocolate chips over the mixture.
  • Cook for 16 – 20 minutes, until blow dies are cooked. Leave in the tin to cool.
  • Once the blondies have cooled, remove from the tin, remove the baking parchment and cut into 16 squares.
  • OPTIONAL EXTRArnIf you want to pimp these blondies up, drizzle white chocolate over the top, leave to set and then enjoy.
