I have made quite a few soup maker soups now and I have to say I love it. It’s much easier and cost-effective as you don’t have to use the hob. If you want to make soups, get a soup maker and you won’t be disappointed, I’ve had mine for 6 years now and it’s still going strong!
If you like Cauliflower soup or you’re a big fan of cauliflower cheese, this soup is the one for you. I feel that cauliflower gets a bad reputation on its own but in these recipes, it’s outstanding!
Cauliflower Cheese Soup Recipe
I have seen a few recipes out there for cheese and cauliflower soup but it probably won’t surprise you that I’ve changed mine up a bit. One example is I don’t use milk because I find it to be a little too watery if I do that. I also like to use Red Leicester cheese if possible as it gives it a little more colour.
Of course, if you’re making this soup recipe you can do whatever you want with it, if you want to use a different cheese, go for it! I love to play around with ingredients and try out new flavours. Something I love doing is adding chilli or smoked paprika to foods to give them a kick, you should try it if you like spicier foods.
As a healthy soup though this one is pretty straightforward, easy to make and takes half an hour at best with most of that time in the soup maker and you being able to sit back and relax.

If you want to start making soup maker soup recipes then you need a soup maker. I would totally suggest getting this Morphy Richards soup maker. Most of the time I’ll set it to smooth when I make my soups but you can also use a chunky setting that’s great for recipes like this chunky vegetable soup recipe!
Making healthy soup recipes has never been easier! I used to make soup on the hob and it would literally take hours. Now it takes 5-10 minutes to prepare the ingredients and 20 minutes for the soup maker to work. That’s a soup dinner made in under 30 minutes, it can’t get much better than that.
It doesn’t matter if you’re making Cauliflower soup, leek and potato soup or chunky vegetable soup because the soup maker can literally blend any food up, no matter hard potato or soft leek!
