Homemade American Beef Burgers

There are many burger recipes out there, this is honestly my favourite one and does wonders on the BBQ as well, there is never any left that’s for sure.

If you ever wondered where the inspiration for hamburgers or beef burgers came from, it did originate in Hamburg, in the 19th century beef was mixed with onions, garlic and salt and made into patties to make a hamburger steak, well it has changed since then and we have it on a bun with salad, cheese and sauce.
