Ingredients
- 80 g Harvest Morn Hoops
- 80 g Sugar Free marshmallows
Instructions
- Weight out the marshmallows. Put into a microwavable glass bowl.
- Heat the marshmallows in a microwave for 10 – 15 seconds.
- Once melted, give it a stir. Use a silicone spatula, as it makes the molten marshmallow easier to work with and the next stage. If the marshmallows are not 100% melted, put them back in the microwave for a few seconds at a time.
- Add the Hoops to the molten marshmallows and mix until all combined. You will need to do this quickly, as the marshmallow will stiffen as it cools. If you need to, return the mix to the microwave for 5 seconds at a time, to loosen the mixture up.
- Make sure the picture is in a glass bowl, flatten out. Then cover with clingfilm and place in the fridge until to set.
- Once set, remove from the fridge, cut into 8 slices and enjoy.
