How Many Syns In Slimming World Very Berry Overnight Oats?
Slimming world syns are the most important part of the slimming world journey, of course, losing weight is the number one focus but if you can’t enjoy yourself along the way what’s the point? This is a totally syn-free overnight oats recipe, however, look at the ingredients you’re using because if they’re not the right ones you’re going to have to use some syns.
Always double check syn values in foods before making recipes as we all know that slimming world has changed the syn values in food all the time, just look at Muller lights!
Very Berry Overnight Oats

Slimming World Very Berry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 40 g Porridge oats
- 200 g Fat Free Natural Yogurt / Alpro Plain Yogurt
- 50 g Fresh OR Frozen Mixed Berries
Instructions
- Weigh out all ingredients separately and have in a mason jar or similar (glass or plastic).
- Now you need to layer the ingredients, start by taking 1/3 of the oats and putting into the bottom of the jar, then 1/3 of the yogurt and the berries, repeat until all the ingredients has been used.
- Put the lid on the jar and store in the fridge until morning.
- Enjoy your Overnight Oats at home, work, school or university.
