Slimming World No Bake Oreo Cheesecake

I think that most people like some kind of cheesecake, the only issue with it is that cheesecake is an absolute killer if you are following the Slimming World plan, well that is until now!! I want to shout out to one of my amazing followers (Lady Jane) she wanted a recipe that her husband would enjoy, I think I’ve cracked it with this.

Now this is a certain treat, it is one of those treats that you do have to save and think about when you’ll enjoy this no bake Oreo cheesecake. This would be perfect for after a lovely home made syn free or low syn dinner, a birthday treat or whenever you think it appropriate.

Now, when you are making these no bake cheesecakes, you have a choice, you can either break the Oreos apart and put the filling into the quark mixture or you can just add hot chocolate powder or even a Sweet Freedom Choc Shot. If you’ve not heard of Sweet Freedom, then I suggest having a look in your local supermarket, they do a range of products in choc shots, fruit syrups and chocolate spread, these are great for pancakes, porridge, cakes and more.

Instructions
  1. Separate the Oreos and put the filling into a bowl that the Quark mixture will go in.
  2. In the separate bowl, add the Quark, Hot Chocolate and Sweetener to the Oreo filling and mix together until smooth.
  3. Put the Oreo biscuits into a sandwich bag and smash together with a rolling pin until they are crumbs.
  4. Pour the biscuit crumbs into a bowl, spray with a little FryLight and mix together.
  5. In a small spring form pan (4" size), press the crumb mixture into the bottom to form the base of the cheesecake.
  6. Add the Quark mixture on top of the biscuit base and leave it in the fridge for 2 hours until the mixture has firmed up.
  7. After 2 hours, carefully remove from the pan and place on a plate, serve with fresh fruit.
