Slimming World Tuna and Sweetcorn Fish Cakes (Syn Free)

If you love tuna, then these Slimming World Tuna and Sweetcorn Fish Cakes (Syn Free) will be right up your street. They are really quick to put together, the longest part is them actually cooking in the oven.

I’m sure that these Slimming World Tuna and Sweetcorn Fish Cakes will be a huge hit with the whole family. What makes these even better is that they can be prepared in advance and cooked as and when you are ready. They work well for a dinner, a snack, BBQ or even for a picnic.

If you’re a tuna fan, then check out this other tuna recipe here.

What makes these Slimming World Tuna and Sweetcorn Fish Cakes a cut above, is that they are not expensive, so will not break the bank.

You might see from the gallery at the bottom that my potato looks amazing after I’ve mashed it, well in fact I don’t use the masher everyone is used to. I actual fact I have used a potato ricer, it’s amazing and I’ve never looked back after getting it for Christmas! You can get your own here and I can’t recommend them enough, they make cooking fast and you will never have any lumps in your mash ever again!
